Filing a Grievance
If you believe that Tiamo Health Care has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in any way based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), you may file a grievance.
You can submit a grievance:

- Assistance is available to help you complete a grievance if needed.
