Caregiver Rights

As a caregiver with Tiamo Health Care, you have the right to:

    • Work in a safe environment, with clients expected to maintain conditions that do not endanger your well-being.

    • Refuse unsafe tasks that fall outside the scope of your assigned duties or compromise your health.

  3. Fair Compensation and Benefits

    • Receive timely and accurate payment for services provided.

    • Be informed clearly about wages, schedules, and agency policies.

  4. Training and Support

    • Receive proper orientation, ongoing training, and guidance necessary to perform your role effectively.

    • Access supervisory support when challenges or concerns arise in the workplace.

  5. Communication

    • Report concerns or grievances to the agency without fear of retaliation.

    • Have input into your schedule, assignments, and care planning when possible.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver representing Tiamo Health Care, you are expected to:
