When I think about the heart of Tiamo Health Care, I think about my mother, Annika D’Andrea  and her lifelong mission to help others live with dignity, independence, and love.

Growing up, I watched her pour her energy into building Tender Loving Family Care, a company that has touched countless lives by helping people stay safe and cared for in the comfort of their own homes.

From a young age, I saw what compassion in action truly looks like; long days, late nights, and a relentless belief that every person deserves to be treated like family. My mom’s work wasn’t just about caregiving; it was about connection, trust, and respect. It was about seeing the humanity in every individual and giving them the support they need to live freely, safely, and joyfully.

Today, Tiamo Health Care carries that same spirit forward.

Our name, “Tiamo,” means “I love you” a reflection of the love that fuels everything we do. Whether it’s companionship, daily support, or simply being there when someone needs a hand to hold, we believe that care is an act of love.

Through Tiamo Health Care, we are continuing the legacy that began with Tender Loving Family Care, while expanding our mission to reach more homes, more families, and more hearts.
